mPulse, a leader in Health Experience and Insights (HXI), has signed a long-term lease for a new Regional Operating Center in Phoenix, Arizona, expanding its national print and mail production network with western operations beginning in Q4.

The Phoenix facility seamlessly expands mPulse’s national production network, providing additional capacity, geographic redundancy, and operational resilience across its print and mail operations. As the organization continues to grow client volumes and add health plans in new regions, this planned, multi-year investment has been designed to facilitate the growth and efficiencies necessary to meet demand.

“This investment reflects our long-term vision for mPulse and our commitment to building the industry’s most resilient and innovative member engagement platform,” said Bob Farrell, Chief Executive Officer of mPulse. “Healthcare organizations are looking for partners that can scale with their growth, deliver with unwavering reliability, and continue investing ahead of their future needs. The Phoenix facility strengthens our national infrastructure, enhances business continuity, and expands our ability to help clients engage millions of members with confidence. As we continue to innovate across our Health Experience and Insights platform, this investment ensures our operational capabilities evolve alongside our technology leadership.”

The new Phoenix facility gives mPulse built-in redundancy and surge capacity, disaster recovery and business continuity, and a stronger competitive position. It will also shorten delivery timelines and postal logistics for mPulse’s Mountain- and Pacific-time zone clients and their members, while supporting future growth.

Beyond expanding production capacity, mPulse expects the facility to create new jobs in the Phoenix area as operations scale and to serve as a strategic platform that supports future growth.
