Dominic initially joined HealthTrio (now mPulse) in 1999 and was responsible for the technologies and frameworks that are utilized in HealthTrio’s products and services, as well as sales and marketing activities that help position HealthTrio as a leader in healthcare software systems. Dominic led consistent growth in sales until HealthTrio sold to PSG/2nd Wave in 2021. After appointing Dominic the CEO, HealthTrio experienced over 25% revenue growth year over year until the sale of HealthTrio to mPulse.

Prior to HealthTrio, Dominic was involved with the design and software engineering efforts of critical systems at organizations such as Sunquest (Now Clinisys), Intel, Raytheon, Alcoa, El Paso Energy (Kinder Morgan) and other Fortune 500 companies.

Bob Farrell has served as the CEO of mPulse since August of 2022. Bob brings to mPulse 30+ years of experience and a proven track record of building high growth, profitable software and technology-enabled service companies backed by private equity and public markets. mPulse is a leader in digital solutions for the healthcare industry that transform consumer experiences by combining AI-powered analytics, omnichannel outreach and digital health navigation technology. Since Bob joined mPulse, the company has experienced significant profitable organic growth complemented by 4 acquisitions.

Prior to mPulse, Bob served as Chairman and CEO of GlobalTranz. GlobalTranz is leading non-asset technology-driven third-party logistics solutions provider. In July of 2021, GlobalTranz merged with Worldwide Express in a transaction sponsored by a consortium led by CVC Capital Partners along with GlobalTranz’s lead investors, Providence Equity Partners and PSG. The combined company has market-leading offerings in parcel, less-than-truckload (LTL), full truckload (FTL) and managed transportation delivered through proprietary technology. Worldwide Express is ranked the third largest freight brokerage in the U.S. and 19 on the list of Top 100 Logistics Companies.

Prior to GlobalTranz, Bob served as president and CEO of Kewill. Kewill is a global leader in multimodal transportation management software, providing organizations with a comprehensive end-to-end platform for managing the complexities of transportation, logistics and trade compliance.

Prior to Kewill, Bob served as president and CEO of EDGAR Online that was acquired by RR Donnelley & Sons (NASDAQ: RRD). Prior to EDGAR Online, Bob served as Chairman and CEO of Metastorm that was acquired by Open Text (NASDAQ: OTEX). Farrell also served as President of Mercator Software, COO at LeadingSide, and held executive management positions at Computer Horizons Corp., a provider of IT services and solutions.

Additionally, Bob is currently a Senior Advisor at PSG focusing on investments in technology-enabled service companies. He is also an experienced non-executive outside Board member. He currently serves as an outside Member on the Board of Directors at Worldwide Express, Recycle Track Systems (RTS), Transportation Impact and Tenstreet.
