Bob Farrell is a 4-time CEO with a proven track record of building high growth, profitable software and technology-enabled service companies backed by private equity and public markets. Bob currently serves as an outside Member on the Board of Directors at Worldwide Express, Billtrust, Recycle Track Systems, Transportation Impact, GAN Integrity, and Tenstreet.

Lara Stell
Chief Financial Officer

Lara is a highly experienced financial professional. She has a proven track record of driving growth and profitability through strategic financial planning and analysis, risk management, and business development. Lara has a deep understanding of financial strategies, and accounting principles, and has demonstrated the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both internal and external stakeholders. Lara hails from Scottsdale where she earned her degree in accountancy from Arizona State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Sanjeev Sawai
Chief Product & Technology Officer

Sanjeev Sawai has a passion for building innovative software products. For the last decade+, he has led product and technology teams to deliver market-leading products. Sanjeev has a keen interest in systems theory and applies systems thinking to product development. He enjoys building and working with diverse, global teams. mPulse is a confluence of Sanjeev’s recent experience in healthcare, and 10 years of past work in conversational AI and speech applications.

Brendan McClure
Chief Marketing Officer

Brendan brings over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He leads the development of mPulse’s go-to-market and solution strategies that address some of healthcare’s biggest consumer engagement challenges. His experience includes leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and Medtronic Diabetes spanning North America, EMEA and Australia and NZ.

Anne Wolfsberger
Chief People Officer

As Chief People Officer, Anne leverages her more than 14 years of HR experience to ensure mPulse Mobile’s team members receive the support and professional development they need to achieve their career goals through a comprehensive approach to talent acquisition, on-boarding, benefits, compensation, employee engagement and employee development. Prior to mPulse Mobile, Anne held positions at GlobalTranz, Transamerica, The Terraces, and HSBC. Anne earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Kate Shields
Chief Customer Officer​

As Chief Customer Officer, Kate focuses on the total customer experience across the healthcare organizations that mPulse serves, helping transform how they deliver personalized consumer health journeys. In this role, Kate leads the Customer Success, Support and Professional Services teams across our portfolio of solutions.

Prior to mPulse, Kate held leadership positions at Vertex, MPS Group, Actium, and EMC. Kate earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration, both from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
